Our Mission
My friend Sam and I have launched this website for those of us who work full time for a living but our passions lay in being horse players. We do not want to risk a lot but at the same time want a shot at that big score. There are professionals who can spend all their time researching but we have time constraints and can only devote so much time. However I do not feel that we have to give up our passion entirely. My hope is that Sam and I can be better handicappers and manage our money better and the website will be a witness and source of documentation of our progress. Our aim is to see how we can manage a $ 5000 dollar bankroll.  We have had a couple of solid hits recently with $16 and $20 tickets playing pick 3’s and trifectas that gave birth to forming this website. Our Modest goals are to stay on the positive side of the ledger and at the same time have fun. We hope we do well but we are aware that it is still gambling. Join us in what we call our adventure into horseplaying. We hope we learn a lot and keep progressing toward being good to great handicappers. We are not competing against anybody but are only seeking to make ourselves better. We love handicapping races. Now let’s go have some fun!

TRAVERS DAY

Hi there.  We have been away on work duties most of this month  but we are here in time to make a wager on the Travers at Saratoga abandoning Del Mar for the moment.  We have had a run of bad luck although we remain in the black of our $5000 bankroll.

I like to key #11 Pyro in all holes of the trifecta.  The horses that can potentially beat him are #2 Colonel John, #5 Macho Again, #6 Cool Coal Man, #8 Harlem Rocker, #12 Court Vision.

The $1 trifecta.  3 tickets.

Ticket 1: 11 /2,5,6,8,12 /2,5,6,8,12.    $20
Ticket 2: 2,5,6,8,12 /11 /2,5,6,8,12     $20
Ticket 3: 2,5,6,8,12 / 2,5,6,8,12 /11    $20

Total $60.  Good Luck and God Bless, Jake.
